Wondering About the Rabbit? Here’s What It Really Means

“Gray Bunny”—A Nickname, a Legacy, and a Search for Understanding

I was working with my branding agency, KBL, on a logo, and while many options could have worked, I wanted something personal. I was born Grayson Mylar, and my spirit animal is a shark, but when I thought back to my childhood, I remembered how my mother called me ‘Gray Bunny’ for years. As a boy, I hated it—feeling like I was already grown—but now, I wouldn’t mind going back to those carefree days. The more I thought about it, though, the bunny fit. I love speed, agility, and staying sharp. I might not always be right, but I’m hyper-aware of everything around me. Like a rabbit, I’m always exploring, always curious

That curiosity started when I was young, sneaking off with my parents’ business and law books. Even as a child, I had an extreme desire to understand things. It served me well early in my career when I realized most people talked without substance. I made it a point to listen when I didn’t know something, to ask questions, and to genuinely learn. This approach helps build rapport, expands my knowledge, and keeps me from looking uninformed. It’s the same drive that fuels my passion for optimizing my life and work, from exploring AI’s potential to waking up each day determined to improve. And that’s what I want to share with you—ideas, strategies, and tools to get better every day.

What do you do?

I’m the founding partner of KOS, a management consulting firm, and a multi-entrepreneur. My focus is on leadership development, workflow optimization, and AI solutions for mid-market companies. As an early beta tester of AI models, I’ve dedicated myself to becoming an AI expert, constantly researching and testing to offer the most effective implementations to clients and peers.

02

How did you get started?

My first taste of business came in 5th grade, running a concession stand at our local tennis club’s swim meets. As I got older, I worked with some incredible entrepreneurs who taught me what it really takes to run a business. Their influence, along with the hands-on experience I gained, shaped not only how I approach business today but also how I continue to refine and improve everything I do.

03

What keeps you motivated?

I have an intense almost animalistic drive to be better every day. I wake up excited because God gave me another day to improve myself, whether it’s through learning more about AI, growing as a leadership expert, or helping others develop their own skills. The potential for growth in all areas of my life is what pushes me forward

Where I’m Headed

Every day, I wake up with a desire to be better—whether it’s improving myself, my work, or how I lead. I’m passionate about exploring how AI and efficiency can enhance not only businesses but also personal lives. Whether it’s in the office or at home, I see AI transforming how we get things done, and I’m excited to explore the balance between innovation and real human connection. Ultimately, I want to share what I learn along the way so others can build stronger daily habits, become better leaders, and live more fulfilled lives, both personally and professionally.

How I Can Help

I’ve spent years learning how to incorporate AI, leadership strategies, and efficiency tools into daily life, and I want to help others do the same. Whether you’re an executive, entrepreneur, or someone aspiring to be one, I know the challenges of balancing work, personal growth, and family life. I offer insights and tools to help you streamline your daily routines, improve decision-making, and create better habits both at work and at home. If you’re looking for practical, real-world advice on how to get better every day, I invite you to connect, engage, and explore what I have to share.
